When Joonik was founded, we wanted to build a software development agency that was based on processes, metrics, performance tracking and pretty much every other business-savvy parameter we had seen and tested. This is to be expected as our founder’s background is in business and process optimization!

As a result, we implemented activities and routines in our daily work to promote behaviors that contribute to efficiency like transparency in communication and feedback; devoted and detailed planning and forecasting; and a stringent selection process where we hire less than 2% of interviewed applicants. Every one of these behaviors add to the effectiveness you need to build business solutions based on technology and ensure the success of your product.

How does it work?

How software is done right

Just like an in-house team, a nearshore team is dedicated 100% to you. We will put together a team that fits your project. We will also provide a support team behind them to help with the initial onboarding, planning and everyday communications and reporting. Their main goal is to promote predictability by lowering the risks and unknowns along the way. We have an entire business framework built around just that.
