EZ-Wins is a platform designed to optimize the performance of automotive repair shops. It serves as a comprehensive tool for advisors and branches, providing them with key performance indicators (KPIs) and a competitive environment to foster growth and improvement.
The primary challenge was to create a platform that could effectively display KPIs in a user-friendly manner. The platform needed to incorporate various data visualization tools such as tables, cards, and charts. Additionally, it was crucial to develop a “racing” section that could facilitate 1v1 challenges for advisors, host competitions among branches, and provide a “my race” section for advisors to track their current ranking and receive suggestions for improvement.
